An all at home fitness program! Here you will get daily workouts, a daily core challenge, daily stretching, cardio challenges, and nutrition coaching. In this program you will be doing about 1 hour a day of exercise in total. 3 days a week will be designed for strength training where each exercise is recorded separately so that you can work on form and monitor your own pacing. The other 3 days will be cardio days where you follow along with a cardio video. Every day includes a 10 min core challenge and a 10 minute stretch video. 2 days of the week include running, the other 4 days have cardio video workouts. Sunday is a rest day all together. This program is not just about individual fitness goals; it's about creating a stronger sense of teamwork (with others who share similar goals), enhancing overall well-being, and creating a vibrant, healthy you and community All workouts are designed to be done in the comfort of your own home. You will need a set of DB's (light or heavy), mini bands, and cables to do this program efficiently. From initial assessments to ongoing progress tracking and adjustments, I will be there every step of the way to ensure you stay on track and reach your goals. You will also get a call each week to talk about any updates, nutrition, fitness advice, and to help keep you accountable and on track. Lift and Revive weight loss program I have designed this program for beginner and post partum moms. This weight loss program has daily workouts, stretches, cardio, and the motivation you need to achieve lasting results. As well as nutrition coaching and guidance. (There is 6 of the 7 days that have workouts, cardio, and stretching) So this is going to keep you moving on a daily basis. Cardio is a mix of outside cardio planning as well as cardio videos. Stretches are all in a video format, and for every workout each exercise is recorded separately so you can learn form and pace yourself. Why choose lift and revive? With this monthly subscription you will have access to all the on demand videos that I have created specifically for at home fitness. These workouts range from 10 minutes to 35 minutes. Equipment wise you will only need your mini bands, cables, DBs, Bodyweight and sliders. You will also have access to a group chat where you can find others with similar goals and work together to win fitness goals.
