Basketball season is long, it takes a toll on your body and proper recovery is crucial to a safe and healthy off-season. This program is designed to bridge the gap between your in-season and off-season training. Building off the foundation from the previous week and increasing the intensity over the 4 weeks. Week 1: Isometrics and active recovery Week 2: Build off week 1, increase HR, add in BW exercises Week 3: Build off week 2, introduce plyometrics and foundation lift Week 4: Build off week 3, full foundation lift Maximize your off-season performance by getting your body healthy and ramping up activity in a controlled program.

Most athletes stop lifting during the season due to a busy schedule and not wanting to be "sore" for competition. Maintaining a lifting and active recovery schedule during the season helps athletes stay fresh, maintain their off-season progress, and boost performance throughout the season. This in season lift and active recovery gives the athlete flexibility to complete weekly in season lifts, in season recovery, or a combo workout that combines the most important aspects of the recovery and lift. Athletes will have 3 workouts to choose from on a weekly basis depending on their needs during the season.
