Corky became a champion bodybuilder at the age of 22. Wanting to further develop the mind/body connection, and increase flexibility and balance, he added martial arts and yoga to his personal training program. He has since then participated in several adventure races, as well as the Ironman. Corky understands what it takes to train hard and finish successfully.
