My name is Anna and I am an NSCA-certified personal trainer. I also hold a Bachelor’s of Health Sciences degree from McMaster University.

I absolutely LOVE all things related to health and wellness, stemming from my background as an athlete and coach. I want to make exercise fun and enjoyable for you while also pushing you to reach your personal goals. I have experience working with many people, ranging from athletes to seniors to those with unique disabilities. What’s important is that I focus on adapting my approach to meet the specialized needs of each individual!

My areas of expertise and interests include resistance training, nutrition education, aerobics, paddling sports, and working with diverse populations.
