Hey, My name is Aaron, fat loss specialist and sports nutrition specialist. My dream is to give everyone that opportunity to be the best person they can be, providing evidence-based advice on how to build muscle, lose fat, and get and stay healthy. Over the last decade, I have been on an amazing personal and professional fitness journey. Just over 10 years ago I weighed 19 stone. I struggled to walk, my blood pressure was sky high, and I couldn’t walk up the stairs without getting out of breath! Doctors predicted I’d be dead in my 50’s. Even if I wanted to run away from all of that I couldn’t. I “woke up” and trained to become a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Recovery Coach & Online Training Coach. In 2018 founded Crystal Clear Fitness. All of our nutrition and training plans are tailored and designed specifically to your needs and personal taste preferences and based around your goals. For local clients, I have a fully equipped private workout area based in Littlehampton and coach from Littlehampton Wave Swimming & Sports Centre.
