The ultimate structure to get you from down the beach to down the line. A specifically engineered programme designed around conditioning for the upper, lower and core. Work on agility, foot speed, leg and paddle strength as well as posture maintenance. Monthly updates to the programme, enabling and ensuring your progression.
This is a 45-60 min Personal Training session, enabling you to gain the extra level of coaching and motivation. After setting up you profile, and having your consultation call (depending on which programme you are set up on) we will arrange your session at a time that suits you, as well as gaining all the necessary info like what kit you have at home, the relevant prep you might need to do ect. Then the fun bit :)
