My name is Darrel Mancini and I have 15 years helping people improve body composition, recovery from acute and chronic injuries, and performance enhancement for weekend warriors and youth athletes.

Early on in my career, my goal was to help people look and feel better, and build confidence. I quickly realized that my high school athletes had very similar needs to my older clients -- building strong, powerful, lean, and mobile bodies.

I decided to complement my education from the Humber College Fitness Leadership program with courses that help me better achieve this goal by improving knowledge in optimizing movement, strength training, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, and nutrition.
