I am a Level 3 Reps Certified Personal Trainer and having attained this at the age of 17 has made me one of the youngest individuals ever to qualify.
Although I am young, I have had a passion for nutrition, health and well-being for most of my life. This is largely due to my parents having a keen interest in diet and fitness.
I have just completed my 2 year Level 3 Extended National Diploma in Sports Development and Coaching at college; gaining triple distinctions, and I now coach in our Transformation Studio on a full-time basis.
