Customizable 3-day/week workout plan designed for the home (or gym) to build strength and lean muscle. Updated every 4 weeks to maximize progress. What You Get: - Strength training program for home (or gym) using bands or body weight. - Instructional videos provided. - Optional cardio or additional mini-workouts for on off-days. - Calculated macros, how to stay in a manageable calorie deficit, and how to eat to fuel your body to build muscle, lose body fat and keep it off! -In app nutrition and workout log monitored by Stephanie for accountability, modifications and suggestions. -Weekly check-in via video call If you go to the gym or workout at home, but are not seeing results or are sick of just making up your workouts as you go - THIS PLAN IS FOR YOU!
