Kris graduated top of his class from the American Academy of Personal Training Boston. He is also a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pre and Post Natal Certified, and Group Training Certified. A combination of accreditations and a lifetime of working out and sports himself has led him to be one of the top trainers in Boston. Bouncing back from an injury and moving properly again can be tough, which is why Kris likes to specialize in post rehab strengthening and stabilizing. Whether it be a strength training and powerlifting focus, or a mobility routine to help you move the way you used to, Kris is motivated to help you reach those fitness goals.
