I grew up playing competitive Sports and Lettering in Football, Wrestling and Track & Field throughout High School and College and that was the beginning of and is the current foundation of my Athletic career and journey.
Today, as a Certified Personal Trainer, I try to implement many of the athletic principles that I learned through my sports training experience as I both design and deliver personalized fitness programs to clients, focusing on their individual goals, such as weight loss, strength building, or overall health improvement. I’ll provide further guidance on proper exercise techniques, nutrition advice, and injury prevention.
I shall constantly foster motivation, track progress, and maintain a safe, supportive environment to and for all clients in an effort to help them reach their fitness goals and achieve lasting client success.
