With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and eight years as a nutritional coach, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through customized plans and ongoing support. I hold a two-year degree in Exercise Science and will complete my four-year degree in February 2025.

I am certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer and hold additional certifications including Precision Nutrition Level 1, NASM Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist, among others.
