I'm Sean Conner and I can't wait to help you succeed with your fitness goals! I have over a decade of experience in personal training and kinesiology, and nutritional expertise in weight loss/muscle gain, and a Master's Degree in Rehabilitative Sciences. I teach kinesiology and sports science at a university level. I'm also a NCCP Triathlon coach. Regardless of your goal, I have the education and experience to get you headed to success!
