With over a decade of experience in the fitness and sports industry, I have a deep passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential. I’ve been in competitive sports since 2007, from powerlifting to rugby to futsal, gaining first-hand experience in training programs and athletic performance. As a personal trainer since 2017, I combine practical knowledge with a focus on individualized, sustainable fitness strategies.
Having competed in powerlifting and represented teams in rugby and futsal (currently playing at a high-performing local C-grade futsal team), I understand what it takes to push beyond limits, but also the importance of celebrating every achievement, no matter how seemingly small. This philosophy drives my approach to training—every milestone counts!

- Stretching and Mobility: I place great emphasis on achieving the deepest stretch within every exercise. This method not only helps in building flexibility but also reduces the risk of injury, offering the highest reward for minimal risk.
- Goal-Oriented Coaching: Together, we’ll set realistic, achievable milestones, tracking your progress and adjusting your program as needed to keep you moving forward. Celebrating each of these milestones, no matter how big or small, is what drives continued success.
