This program is focused on changing your mindset and developing lasting habits. It includes 3 bodyweight workouts (about 30-minutes each) per week with walking on your "off" days. With daily messages from your coach to keep you motivated! It comes with a sample meal plan and instructions on how to change foods out while staying on track with your calories and macros. You will also have full access to messaging your coach for any additional support that you may need.
This program uses your body weight, a step, and a pull up bar. If you don't have the equipment, you can message your trainer for alternatives or skip those exercises. Your program will progress after 4 weeks, becoming more challenging. When you purchase this program, it will start the next Monday. Stay dedicated and consistent, and you will get results!
Monthly coaching includes Meal Plan guidelines, weekly Check-Ins, and a Workout Program. You will start with a temporary program and meal plan to get you started, then you will receive a custom program and meal plan made just for you!
This program has two 6-week phases designed to progressively challenge your muscles in order to increase your muscular endurance. If you want a good "pump" or need to take some time off of heavy lifting while maintaining muscle mass, this is a great program.
