I studied to be a fitness specialist through Robert Morris University. I received an associates degree in Fitness and a bachelors degree in Health Care Management. After college, I worked as a personal trainer through various "big box" gyms after getting a certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and had some success but I wanted to broaden my fitness coaching abilities. After much success, I began to expand my education and received my Applied Functional Science certification from the Gray Institute as well as becoming a licensed massage therapist.
