After 8+ years of training, I have developed the knowledge and confidence to share what has helped me achieve the level of strength I have today. Over the course of my fitness journey, I have gained experience in all different training styles, ranging from powerlifting to body weight training, and have cultivated a strong desire to help others become the healthiest version of themselves while enjoying the journey.
