My name is Randy Oslager, and I am an elite personal trainer who is driven to help others through my company, EVO | ERA. I began my fitness journey when my cousin, John Oslager (Current Thenx Athlete) introduced me to calisthenics. Soon after, I further pursued my development of static strength elements, ultimately increasing my athletic performance through progression and consistency. I began to learn the mechanisms behind physical fitness by becoming NASM certified, which consequently helps my (scientifically based) individualized programs transform my current clients.
