After signing up with this program we will immediately schedule a fitness consultation to have a full understanding of your goals so we can make sure we engineer your program accordingly. Once you receive your program you will around the clock access to message me and 1 check in call once a week to make sure that the program is good and if we need to modify anything we will do so asap! The CCE (Complete Core Evolution) is a science based ab workout that provide workouts that focuses on targeting every section of your core including your lower back. The core is the center of your body, it holds together your abs, hips, back, and chest. Your core stabilizes your entire body, allowing you to move in any direction as well as having proper balance. It helps prevents falls and supports your body. Improved Balance and Stability. CCE exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work together. This leads to better balance and stability making daily activities such as walking, running, and sitting much easier. A strong core will consist of muscles that work together to support your body. This will make you less susceptible to injuries, keeping your body aligned and minimizing strain on your muscles and joints. Eliminates Back Pain A body that is properly aligned and upright will make you less prone to have back pain. A person’s core is at the center of their body which supports your entire body especially the neck and the back. If your core is not strengthened then other structures of your back will have to work harder to support the body. This leads to muscle strains and back pain. Upright Posture Good posture lessens wear and tear on your spine and allows you to breathe deeply making it easier for oxygen to travel through your muscles so they are able to contract. An upright posture can help you survive sitting or standing for long periods of time. It is important to have a strengthen core because it keeps your body aligned, eliminates back pain, and increases your overall exercise output. Here's a breakdown of what we will be focusing on; Lower Back- The reason why the lower back is included in this program; its directly behind your abs and if you want to have a nice waistline having a developed lower back plays a major role, also a weak lower back can create unpleasant spasms. Red Zone (Lower Rectus)- The main area of your abs you want squeeze during your lifts. Lack of strength can result in low back injury and a protruding lower abdomen. Indigo Zone (Obliques)- Strong internal and external obliques also helps with posture and stabilizing our spine. We use our obliques quite by turning over in bed to turn off the alarm, or turning around in your office chair. Developing your obliques will help taper off your waistline. Blue Zone (Upper/Mid Rectus Abdominis)- AKA the 6-pack area. Not only this area is aesthetically pleasing when developed, it also plays a major role preventing lower back issues and decreases the risk of getting a herniated disc.
