This a call via FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet. I schedule these calls monthly for my "unio" online clients. As an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I offer my guidance, knowledge, support, and expertise to help dial in your current nutrition habits and get you eating better! Let's dive into your current eating habits to learn more about where your calories are coming from. In our 1st 60-minute consultation, we discuss your current eating habits and develop reachable and sustainable goals for you to improve your diet. We then setup a follow-up 30-minute consultation to check-in on your progress. In the time between our consultations, you are given access to the EXFO meal tracking app where you can log meals, see your recommended caloric intake and macro nutrient split. You also receive a custom meal plan with recipes that follow your dietary preferences! What's more, via the EXFO app you can also communicate with me for additional questions and support to help you stay on track!

A combination of yoga and strength training. This is a perfect class if you want to increase the level of resistance/strength training within your yoga practice! We may use weights, glute bands, or large round bands throughout the workout. However, all equipment is OPTIONAL. No equipment? Simply perform the movement without it. In fact, if you're new to the class I'd recommend doing the workout without any equipment. Level: Prior yoga experience is recommended but not required. Some modifications are offered, and equipment use is optional. Cast the video from the Exhalo Fortis App onto your TV or play the video from your tablet or computer. Choose your favorite playlist to play in the background or play the recommended playlist on Spotify! Playlist is emailed to you after purchase.
