Food is the fuel to your movement progress! With this, we will work to use macronutrients to guide our recovery strategies and fueling for performance. You'll receive goal numbers for proteins, carbs and fats. We'll take these numbers and I will provide you with recipe options, that coordinate with your macro goals, so that we can meet our goals with a variety of recipe options. We are working to learn to use food as fuel!
