My name is Christopher Payton and I’m the Founder & CEO of Finetx, also a Certified Master Athletic Trainer (NASM, CPT, CES) with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

My passion for fitness began back home in Brooklyn where I grew up amongst a family of athletes. Their influence was evident and it showed in my own time as an athlete. Whether on the basketball court, football field, or running track, I fell in love with winning and the process of self development and improvement - getting faster, stronger, and having one up against my opponents. I loved the team building environment, learning to be a leader, coaching and guiding teammates and other athletes to their maximum potential. My success as an athlete sparked the desire to not only help other athletes take their talent to the next level, but also impact everyday people in their daily lives with personal goals of their own that might lack the professional guidance to achieve them. This is when I discovered my passion - This is where Finetx was born!

Fast forward: I have spent countless hours mastering my craft and enhancing my process along the way. I’ve helped thousands of athletes and everyday business professionals in various areas of fitness such as: Strength and Conditioning, Endurance, Sports Injury Recovery, Corrective Exercises, Weight loss, Body Shred and Sculpting.

As your coach, I will map out a program designed to specifically target your challenges and highlight your strengths each day guiding you purposefully and intentionally towards your goals.
