This monthly subscription comes with daily 15-20 minute workouts that you can do from home with 1 set of dumbbells and a loop booty band. Every workout is geared towards full body strengthening and core strengthening. Workouts are also LOW IMPACT and include no jumping - perfect for women who are trying to ease back into fitness! A weekly meal guide (not strict plan) is included with a complete grocery list and easy recipes. We will have challenges throughout the month for extra motivation and this is a community of other moms with the same goals as you! The best part is our ON DEMAND workouts. Fully edited 18-minute follow-along workouts are created weekly and are the Monday/Thursday workouts each week! They are so fun, timed to music, and make working out fun.
