As cliche as this may be, there is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition or raining, and I am a firm believer in this. Over the years, I have attained several nutrition and exercise certifications, as well as worked with a wide variety of coaches and nutritionists. I am on a never-ending journey to expand my knowledge in order to provide my clients with the best experience possible.
