I am certified as a personal trainer and a running coach, and I focus on how the body moves. I take pride in creating programming that not only paves a path to achieving goals, but keeps clients engaged in the process. As a trainer, I am enthusiastic about designing plans that are interesting and thorough. Working out is a physical challenge, training regularly is an organizational one, and trusting the present plan to lead the way to a future outcome is an emotional one.
