Stephanie Davies is a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Advisor, Life Coach and National Level Bikini Competitor. She offers personal training, online training and customizable training programs. She has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2006 when she decided she needed to take control of her own health and fitness.

In 2011, she began personal training part-time when her friends came to her for help and advice concerning their own health and fitness goals. In that same year, she decided to raise the bar on herself by registering for a fitness competition which taught her more about the health and fitness world.

Since then she has competed in both fitness and bikini categories, placing 1st to 4th in each competition and bringing home multiple trophies.

Stephanie recently retired from the corporate world to start her own business, “Fit with Steph,” where she now has the pleasure of doing what she loves full-time – helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals!
