I'm a single dad of 2 beautiful girls Jane (8) and Posy (5). For many years I worked long hours sitting behind a desk. I felt and saw how much of a negative impact it had on me, my health, and those around me and so in 2019 I decided to change things. Because of the positive impact that I experienced through changing my nutrition, I started by getting my Nutrition Coach Certification and coaching others on the side. In a very short time I realized this was my passion and I established my company FLEX Fitness & Nutrition with the goal of helping others transform their lives through sustainable nutrition and training!
