My name is Mouhamed Fofana, I am a USA Beach Handball Olympic athlete but most importantly to you “Your New Trainer”. In 2015 After tearing My ACL at the Division 1 Collegiate level, I became a Strength Coach to teach athletes on the importance of injury prevention. During my journey I realized that everyone has an athlete in them so I started to focus on the general population because everyone has a little athlete in them, even “YOU”. During my 7 years as a Trainer my experience ranges from group Training, Personal Training, and Online Training.

Whether your goal is to lose weight or gain muscles my goal is to educate my clients on the fundamentals of Strength Training because after you no longer need me. I want you to take that knowledge you’ve learned for the rest of your life so that if you ever fall short of your fitness goals you will know what to do. Or you can always hit my line. In addition I will educate you on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that you won't ever have to start from square one again.
