This program was designed be used for one of our Holiday Maintain, Don't Gain Challenges. Because it was so successful, we are re-launching it as a stand alone fitness program. Every person that completed this entire routine lost weight! This is an 8-week program focusing on a progressive increase in difficulty to help get you into the best shape possible.
