Hello! my name is Bethany and have been a health and fitness enthusiast for the last 20 years. I started my fitness journey with a love for yoga and even obtained my 200 hour YTT. I then found my love for lifting weights when I saw how it changed my body composition. I stumbled across the bodybuilding world and decided to give it a shot competing in my first show in the Bikini division in September 2023. I fell in love with the sport and have since competed a handful of times with the goal of winning my ProCard. I crave the opportunity to share my knowledge in health and fitness to help others achieve their goals!
