Do I have to follow a set meal plan every day? No. I'm against assigning a basic one-size fits all "meal plan", I prefer making adjustments to your current diet to help it be more optimal for results. This method allows the diet to be more sustainable long term. However, in the rare case that the majority of your current day-to-day diet is pretty poor, I will create a rough meal plan based on some foods you like for you to then follow and make changes to suit you better. I believe in having a flexible diet, so it will never be a rigid set plan that cannot be changed. How fast will I see results? As I believe in a sustainable approach to improving your body, I don’t provide unrealistic and drastic fat loss methods in short time frames, I want to make sure my clients learn to keep the weight off long term, not just for a month. *You will need to use a food scale to weigh and track your food intake as you will need to keep a daily log of the foods you consume (Use MyFitnessPal App). DESCRIPTION 12 WEEKS ONLINE COACHING PACKAGE This 12 week coaching program will be completely customised to help you achieve your fitness goals. I will factor in your chosen amount of training days per week, available equipment and the exercises you are able to perform. I will help you get in great shape by building muscle and losing fat to help improve your physique. Everyone has different starting positions and end goals which is why I will ensure to design a plan just for you based off the detailed questionnaire you will complete upon payment. You will also have weekly check ins to ensure you get the best results possible! Training Program The training program will be personalised to your needs and will target muscle growth and fat loss, along with addressing your weaker areas. The routine will be adapted over the course of the 12 weeks to ensure you are pushing yourself to the best of your ability. Nutrition Training is key however your nutrition plays an even larger role. As the saying goes “you cannot out work a bad diet”. To make significant progress, you will be taught how to improve your daily diet and how to make it apart of your lifestyle so its sustainable long term. Remember, improving your diet is essential for fat loss and muscle building. Supplements Bodybuilding supplements are not essential, but can be beneficial. I can help you with a list of optional natural supplements, that may help you maximise your fitness goals. ( if needed) WHAT THIS PACKAGE CONTAINS: * Advice on how to create a sustainable diet with foods you actually enjoy eating. * Motivation and someone to hold you accountable * Unlimited online support from myself. * I will take the guess work out fitness and will provide you with the knowledge to see results. * Food & supplement recommendations * Custom Training Routine * All your workout will be scheduled for you on the app * Including sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise * Printable workouts with space to log your progress weekly * An area to upload video footage for me to offer exercise form improvements * A cardio program (if required) * Nutrition Advice * We will review your current diet and I will explain where necessary what may impacting your progress and how we can overcome it. * I can also help with recipes and meal suggestions based on foods you enjoy. * Weekly Check ins * If there are any issues you can contact me anytime during the week * but these are our set weekly check-ins, to make updates and adjustments to the plan and review the previous weeks progress. How does it work? 1. Select and purchase the Coaching package 2. Fill in the fitness questionnaire on signing up - the more detail the better 3. I'll review the questionnaire and set up your online plan then contact you 4. Start the workouts and begin getting results - Weekly check-ins are on Sundays or fit in a time that works best for you. Do I need a gym membership? No. If you train at home that is fine, just be sure to include in the questionnaire what equipment you have available. I advise having some form of weights or resistance bands for the best results. Is this a one off purchase? No! It’s a 4 weeks payment plan as this is easier for my team. There are no additional payments, unless you would like to opt for extra weeks or an add-on package. How do the weekly check ins work? We will schedule a phone call or zoom call on a specific day. You will also get a weekly reflection questionnaire on a Sunday morning to fill in. Do I have to track calories? Yes! I highly recommend that you track your calories. This is crucial for us to stay on track with your diet along with your training performance during your coaching. I recommend purchasing a digital mini food scale. How personalised is the coaching? Completely. I will design a program that is customised to you and your goals. Together we will then make weekly adjustments when necessary to help steer you to succeed. Do I have to follow a set meal plan every day? No. I'm against assigning a basic one-size fits all "meal plan", I prefer making adjustments to your current diet to help it be more optimal for results. This method allows the diet to be more sustainable long term. However, in the rare case that the majority of your current day-to-day diet is pretty poor, I will create a rough meal plan based on some foods you like for you to then follow and make changes to suit you better. I believe in having a flexible diet, so it will never be a rigid set plan that cannot be changed. How fast will I see results? Typically, most people see noticeable results by week 4, whether that's visual progress or physical ability e.g. more strength and endurance during workouts. Overall, result speed does vary as its based the individual. It comes down to the persons unique starting point and whether they stick to the plan (with no sneaking off for secret extra meals/snacks or not actually training). It really depends on you, I can guide you, motivate you and provide accountability but you'll be the one that has to do the work to see the results, but together we can make this happen.
