Fitness has been an element in my life since I was 6 years old. It began with mixed martial arts from learning the ins and outs of discipline to playing basketball at AAU and high school varsity level.s I was fortunate enough to have been trained by legendary fitness professionals, coaches, instructors, and exercise scientist. Throughout this journey, I became interested in the ideology of fitness and wanted to become a part of it. I am very grateful for the guidance I received throughout my life. It motivated me to be a leader. Passing on information I was given through my mentors along with research helping me create my own style. I grew as an individual, accomplished goals, and progressed with my physical and mental abilities. I am now a certified personal trainer and a firm believer that life is great, and it can only get better. I want to help others remember when they don't feel so great! I personally believe my purpose is to help others therefore I will take on the responsibility to do so with love and patience
