I am an Ignite Barre, and Ignite Dancefit instructor and have certifications in Zumba, BodyBalance and Barre Above. I am a choreographer on the choreography team for Ignite Barre and Ignite Dancefit formats. I have a BA in Performance and Choreography as well as a Masters in Physical Therapy. I have been dancing all of my life and began teaching fitness classes during my college years. I love teaching members of all ages, and all fitness levels.
