As a Personal Trainer, training you is personal. Through my research, I have found that exercise is the key to a healthy life of meaning and purpose.

The health industry has always been a passion for me. I decided to enter the allied health field more because of my health, and exercise happens to be the medicine. So, on a daily bases, I make an effort to take my medicine.
