This initial 8 week Personal Trianing package covers your sessions for 2 times a week of in studio training up to 1hr per session with a certified trainer. During this 8 weeks your trainer will guide you through an 8 week phasing system to create lean body mass, improve strength, build muscle and improve Mobility. During this time your trainer will set up smart goals & habits, guide you through our meal guide with proper macros to meet your daily expenditure, and create a program that helpâs to achieve your short term goal created during your initial consultation. Clients will be responsible for scheduled workout times, communicating any rescheduling needs, completing homework provided by trainer and adhering to the Nutrtion plan set up in our app. Cancelation policy is 24 hours prior to session and reschedule sessions are not guaranteed. Any cancelations under 24hours or no show will be subject to a late charge of that days session and loss of session. Clients will not be seen and forfeit their session if late past the 15 minute grace period and subject to No show charge & loss of session. At completion of 8 weeks trainer will help participants set up monthly payment plan to continue with training programs. This One time Pricing includes rate $90 x 2 sessions a week for 8 weeks + Tax 10.3% By purchasing this package you have read this description fully and agree to all terms.

In this package you get the versatility of being at home or a local gym / studio with the addition of custom programmed routines & exercises tailored to your needs and goals. Initially youâll set with the trainer to go over history, injuries, goals, and current fitness levels. You and your trainer will go over your expectations and set up healthy habits to help you meet your overall goal/s. Program will be updated the week prior to initial start date. With helpful video guides in your workout of the day. In app tracking required to help assists your trainer from afar monitor your progress and add or remove phases as you progress.
