4 - 6 person weekly Youth Group Training sessions focused on cardio, core, balance, resistance, plyometrics, speed, and agility for youth ages 6 - 11. Athletes are divided into two age groups: 1st - 2nd grade between 6 - 8 years old and 3rd - 5th grade between 8 and 11 years old.
