    Empowered BUILD is designed to introduce the concept of building strength over time. Strength training is progression and we are going to introduce you to the concepts of strength training by progressing different movements and increasing the intensity of the movement each week. The word BUILD has multiple meanings throughout this program. Yes, we will be BUILDing your strength over time, but we are also expecting you to BUILD in your daily workouts as well. If you start at bodyweight for an accessory, BUILD by adding more weight each set you do. With every movement, every set, and every rep, the focus should be BUILDing the weight. The goal is to challenge yourself, your body, and your mind to push more weight than you ever have before. Don’t be scared of the weight, if you get half way through the set and have to go down in weight to finish the set, THAT IS OKAY!
