I’ve been a PT for over a decade now! I love seeing people get stronger, feel and look great and improve overall health and well-being! I have trained so many people over the years to some that I trained from week 1 to year 10! I started my fitness career from Marketing to trainer in NZ.

I’m based in Sydney CBD and have a number of options from online to in person!

I’m a qualified coach, performance nutrition coach and International Strength Trainer. I love to compete as a IFBB pro league bikini athlete in Aussie with bodybuilding, transformations and strength being my specialities.

We may not all have great genetics but we can have the body we want with hard work, commitment and going for it as a team!
