My name is Micheal Lee and I'm the owner of Grit Fitness Online Coaching. My curiosity for the health and wellness industry began organically as a young kid just trying to become more physically fit for football. That quickly developed into me learning that I had a passion for helping others and was pretty good at doing so. I create all encompassing customized fitness plans for individuals that includes meal planning, workouts, and supplement guidance. I specialize in weight loss, but after having years of experience with over 200+ clients I've developed the skillset to work with not only weight loss clients; but those looking to build muscle, increase endurance, get stronger, and a host of other goals.
