I am a newly certified personal trainer who fell in love with bodybuilding, and thus I became a trainer to help people reach their goals no matter what they may be wether it’s to compete as a bodybuilder or just be even slightly healthier. As someone with family members who have adaptive needs I welcome all with open arms and an open mind to make sure you get any and everything you desire from your workouts.
