I'm Hannah and I'm a pro fitness model, bodybuilder, powerlifter and cross-fitter.

I've been working as a 1-1 Personal Trainer and online coach for 5 years. I specialise in helping women lose fat and build muscle tone whilst developing a love for training that lasts a lifetime.

I'm passionate about getting my clients independent in the gym so that they never have to invest in a coach again. I do this by giving my clients access to educational resources that teach them absolutely everything they need to know about training and nutrition to achieve their goals, for life.
