With simple exercise and healthy nutrition I lost 70 lbs during my first year of college and never looked back. Fitness and faith became my primary focus, and since then led a successful fitness center in Miami, trained trainers, taught group classes, trained private individuals, and provided online coaching all for the mission of helping people experience life change. Today, I specialize in In-Person Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction, and Online Fitness Coaching. In my free time I love gaming :)
