This program is for people who have little to no experience in the gym or with exercise. It includes high-intensity workouts that you will work up to. I programmed the challenge to be used at home or the gym. You will get eight weeks of training for the price of 6, plus the option to add another 6 weeks at the end for an additional $59. Included in this program: -8 weeks of online training + optional 6 more weeks -Once per week, live group sessions with Heidi to answer your diet and exercise questions -Once per week, live group guided contemplation sessions with Tarun Gulati will help you stick to your fitness goals and lead to a more peaceful life. -AI-driven nutrition app to log your food -1-year subscription to Contemplate - Mental Fitness Framework (used with Athletes and now you!) -Food guide with recipes, products, and tips for success Starting in November, you will get training to get you through the holiday season and homework (workouts and mental fitness exercises) to get you through the Christmas and New Year holidays. Then, on January 6th, you have the option of starting up again to crush your New Year's Resolution Goals. This program is attached to a study examining the addition of a Mental Fitness Framework to a weight loss challenge. The program includes 6 weeks of physical and mindset training to get you through the holidays. It also consists of two weeks between Christmas and New Year's and an additional 6 weeks of training for a discounted rate if you want to continue. There is an anonymous survey at the beginning and end of the training period. You will also have weekly guided group contemplation sessions and weekly group calls with me to answer your diet and exercise questions. In addition, you will get an AI nutrition app that you can continue to use after the challenge for $20 per month.
