By the age of 18 I was overweight, tired and miserable. Gratefully a friend of mine Matt Kendrick (a top trainer and nutritionist in england) took me under his wing. He helped me understand food and exercise, how they work together and the traps of yo yo diets and "fitness magazines" keep us in.
It changed my whole life and made me realize this is what I needed to do for others. My job is to work with each client step by step to make their dreams a reality. It's a truly rewarding Job.
