During his time as a personal trainer, he has worked with individuals, young and old, Division 1 Athletes, as well as trained Special Forces personnel in order to prepare them for the many physical demands of their lives, games, and jobs. He spent 8 years in the United States Marine Corps where he facilitated Combat Conditioning and Hand to Hand Combat Tactics. Darius also spent 6 years in the United States Navy Reserve where he was the Certified Fitness Leader.

Darius is very passionate in his endeavor to help transform and better a person’s health and wellness. He knows how to physically change your body but also instills the mental mindset to accomplish and handle anything that may come your way. His belief is that health is the most valuable asset in which we must manage in order to reap the greatest return.
