Welcome! I'm Steph the face behind Ingoe Fitness.

A bit about me: I'm a Boro girl (Middlesbrough UK) who moved to Perth, Australia in 2019 with my little family. I love animals, friends TV show and although typical for a PT all things fitness in particular anything that involves weights 🏋️‍♀️ cardio is hardio but I enjoy it once it's over 😂
I, like many, found it really difficult to juggle being a Mam, working and making sure I was taking care of myself. After a long day at work, Evie being at daycare I couldn't bring myself to leave her at a gym crèche for that final hour before her bed time but equally felt like total crap if I didn't work out.

I want to help other people with a busy life and show that you don't need to feel guilty for looking after you. If youve got family you don't need to have that guilt you can combine family time and fitness and set the example that looking after 'you' is important
