I'm a 21 year old personal trainer who has had an obsessive passion in fitness. I've been in the gym pretty much my entire life and I've always enjoyed bettering myself everytime I come to the gym. Even with that being said, I understand how it is to not have structure and be running in place. In high school, I was around 300lbs, I loved the gym just like I do right now, but didn't have the confidence in myself because of how big I felt. Eventually, when I dropped down to around 195, I felt like a whole different person living a completely different life then I used to. I loved the way it made me feel, not only physically, but mentally as well. My goal is to help people change their life around with fitness, just like how it has changed mine. I'm really glad to be able to say that I enjoy what I do, and I'm looking forward to getting more and more people to enjoy the gym the same way that I do.
