I started my fitness career as an independent boot camp instructor, online personal trainer and nutrition coach in 2013. After several years of working other jobs in addition to fitness part-time, I finally made the decision to go full-time as a personal trainer and eventually a fitness manager. I have a passion for helping people experience total transformations from the way they see themselves in addition to how others see them. Having experienced my own physical and mental transformation, I've been able to relate to so many of my clients and make sure they never feel judged for having a ways to go, not being perfect, and learning new things about themselves throughout their struggles. I am a believer in the phrase, "Where there is no struggle, there is no progress." I love being able to be an important part of my clients' (who often become some of my best friends) journeys to becoming the best versions of themselves.
