Welcome to Invictus Strength and Conditioning. My name is Mike and I'm the owner and head trainer of this fine establishment.

My background is in Surf Lifesaving and surf sports. I also train track and field athletes in their journey to greatness.

Once you've taken the first step and gotten youself fit, the next step is to get yourself athletic and thats where I come in.

I am fully qualified as a coach with Athletics Australia, Surfe Lifesaving Australia as well as the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association. To round out my experience, I am also a fully qualified and insured personal trainer.

I look forward to working together to build your athletic abilities and have you dominating on the beach, track or court.
