What you will need access to: -Resistance bands *ideally a variety with handles and small loops* -2 equal weight dumbbells *ideally 5-10 lbs for females & 15-20 lbs for males* -1 Kettlebell *ideally 15-20 lbs for females & 30-40 lbs for males* -1 Swiss ball *ideally 65 cm* Please note that the program can still be completed without having access to all listed equipment.
